Beat The Heat!

July 16, 2018 · by Bob McCranie

Hey, everybody. It’s Bob McCranie, with Texas Pride Realty. And your realty idea of the day is how to beat the heat. So, let’s talk about the temperatures in your area. Now, in Dallas- Fort Worth, we’re already reaching the hundreds. And we got there early this year, so it’s going to be a long, hot summer. Let’s talk about places that people can go if their air conditioner goes out. Let’s urge them to get to a mall, let’s urge them to get a public safety place, whether it’s a library or a city-run facility.

Check on your neighbors, be sure that they have air conditioning, especially the elderly who may or may not be able to afford to have the air conditioner updated or replaced. Let’s go check on our friends and our neighbors and be sure that we’re being good stewards and good friends and neighbors to everybody. The heat can be deadly. Obviously, you want to talk about, God forbid, leaving kids in cars. Let’s talk about the heat and what it can do to people. It can also be somebody who’s out mowing the yard at 3.00 in the afternoon on a 110-degree day, which is just crazy, nobody needs to be out in that. So, Bob McCranie, Texas Pride Realty. Let’s beat the heat together. Take care. Bye-bye.
