So, there’s always a cycle of development, appreciating values, declining values, renovation, or revitalization. Every community has that parabola, being new, being at their apex, starting to decline, and then having to go through revitalization. So, where are the areas in your town that are about to have to go through revitalization? Where maybe the values of the homes are depressed because the neighborhood needs some cleaning up?
So, people love to give in on that and they love to be part of that community growth and revitalizing it, and having their home be a place of pride in their community because they’re willing and the first to change the landscape and they repaint. And it also makes the area more affordable. So, and people in those areas, tend to have more appreciation because as the neighborhood revitalizes, it’s great for home values.
