Hey, everyone. It’s Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty. And our realty idea of the day is one I like to come back to from time to time. New diners, new restaurants, new places to go. There’s always a new restaurant opening up. There’s always a restaurant that either didn’t make it or some new concept coming to town. So always go out and be one of the first people to go try it. Read the paper, you know, maybe like city…city I live in they publish. Who just got the new building permits so I know few weeks in advance who’s about to have their grand opening. Go be one of the first people there, talk about it, blog about it, take pictures and if you’re a manager make a video. Talk about the food. Hopefully say something nice hopefully it’s a good place to eat. And be the person to say,” You know what? This place is really great you should go try it” Talk about new diners, talk about new restaurants. Will…will have lots of great food and you’ll have a great time blogging about it.
