2018_06_11 – FINANCING!
Hey, everyone, Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty, and your Realty Idea of the Day is financing options.
So, maybe you could interview a lender, or maybe you could just do this if you have the knowledge yourself. Let’s explain to people the difference between what an FHA loan is, what a VA loan is, what a conventional…and let’s talk about what the different options are for buying a home. Cash is king. Cash is great. Don’t tell… I would not turn down cash, but let’s talk about financing options, conventional FHA, VA, or the common ones. Here in Texas, they have USDA for some parts of Texas. Let’s talk about the different areas, different things that we can do to finance a home and get somebody into home ownership. If you’re not comfortable with doing this yourself, let’s interview a lender friend of yours, sit down at a table and just say, “Hey, tell me more about this.” They’d love to be on camera.
