It’s Fourth of July time. I know in Texas, barbecue means ribs and it means sausage and chicken. I mean, we go out and we grill everything. In other parts of the country, barbecue is a very specific thing. Memphis barbecue, different than how they’re gonna do it down in the Deep South.
So let’s talk about barbecue and grilling out and maybe the newest grills that are out there, things you can have in your outdoor kitchen. Let’s talk about barbecuing out and safety with barbecues, you know, how not to put it under your house, light your house on fire, how not to use the wrong accelerant to get it going.
Anyway, find your perspective on barbecuing, going out there and partying for the Fourth of July and enjoying your time with your sphere and let’s do it safely. Let’s talk about the styles of it, the recipes, the sauces, anything to do with barbecuing.
