A lot of people want outdoor kitchens now. Let’s talk to our sphere and ask them, in your backyard, would rather have an outdoor kitchen, or a pool, or both? What would you change about your house in the backyard? Let’s talk about what it is they’re looking for and then let’s go sell it to them. Or let’s find them somebody who can actually make that for them, and maybe we can show them the equity in their home that would allow them to afford that.
So let them dream, let’s talk about patios, backyards, porches, swimming pools. Let’s just talk about that space that’s behind your house and see what people want to do with it. And then, let’s be part of fulfilling that dream. This would be a great thing to do on Pinterest or on any pitcher or any sites, so that people can see other ideas of what’s happening in their neighborhood and pick something they like.
