So, Nest… We just talked yesterday about, you know, security locks, the different sort of electronic locks. Let’s talk today about security cameras and how they have an effect on listings, how they have an effect on buyers seeing a listing. I know, in Texas, there’s a new disclosure, whether you have cameras in your house and you could be watching somebody while they’re previewing your home for purchase.
So, also, let’s talk about which brands are best. Nest has them. I think, personally, Nest is the leader in these cameras. They’re owned by Google. But, I know that some of the other brands are getting into this. SimpliSafe is figuring out that they need to figure out what to do with the cameras, and some of the other brands are getting in as well. I think Honeywell is, maybe, is also a competitor.
