Hey, everyone. It’s Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty. And your realty idea of the day is, is it too late to sell? Oh, my gosh. We’re at the end of September? Did I miss the whole thing? So, I don’t think it’s too late to sell personally, ever. I mean, during the holiday months, there are still people out there buying and selling a home. Lots of people generally go off the market for the holidays because they just don’t wanna be bothered, which means the houses that do stay on the market have a better percentage chance of being sold. And somebody is always coming down to see grandma at the holidays and deciding to move.
So, I don’t think it’s ever too late to try to sell your house. But your market may have a different philosophy. What do you feel? So go out there on social media today and talk about, “Hey. Yeah, the several months are gone. But we still have September, October…I’m sorry, October, November, December to get this done. Call me today.” Anyway, go out and make this post. Tag me in it.
