Some people will be like, “I’ll change my kitchen,” or, “I’ll change my bathroom,” or, “I’ll paint the house,” or whatever. The question then becomes, is it better for you to do those repairs or should you and I go out and find you a house that has the fabulous kitchen, or has the fabulous backyard, or has whatever it is you’re looking for? Hey, let’s plant the idea that people need to move and buy a home.
