Hey, everyone. It’s Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty, and your realty idea of the day is new construction neighborhoods. So, one of the most profitable transactions we have as real estate agents is selling new construction homes. They often pay a higher commission, they pay a bonus, and frankly, I don’t know if you have a seller’s market right now, but in a strong seller’s market wherever a existing home has 16 offers, new construction doesn’t. So it’s an easier way for us to sell a product to a client who really wants it, and we get a higher commission. So go tour new construction homes. Get out there, go see them. Take pictures, take video, interview the new home construction person because, you know, they got nobody else to talk to all day on a weekday. Go out there and try to get in with them and understand what their product is, and then go back and sell it to your people. So, new construction neighborhoods, let’s talk about them. If you’re in the inner city and you don’t have new construction, maybe there’s new buildings, maybe there’s a teardown, there’s new developments going in. Find it. Bob McCranie, realty ideas per day.
